GO! is a coming-of-age drama set between two starkly different worlds: the vibrant inner city of Johannesburg and the lush, privileged grounds of St. Jude Private School. The story follows Siya ‘Bolt’ Gumede, a 17-year-old running prodigy who dreams of becoming an Olympic sprinter. His raw talent earns him a scholarship to St. Jude’s, where he hopes to access better facilities and training. However, a single night of poor decisions threatens to derail his dreams. Throughout the series, GO! explores themes of ambition, privilege, and the moral cost of chasing one’s dreams.
